Our vision is to ensure Transitional Age Youth (TAY) transitions from foster care with tools and support systems enabling them to thrive and contribute positively to their community.

 We offer three key programs: Funny Money, a financial education initiative for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) that provides practical knowledge and skills through 12 culturally relevant modules; Life-The Game, an interactive program aimed at helping children exiting foster care develop essential life skills and confidence through real-life scenarios; and Community Connection, a comprehensive program designed to empower young adults aged out of foster care by fostering community engagement, building supportive networks, and providing access to vital resources.  We believe in a holistic approach to empowerment, addressing not only the immediate needs of transitional age youth but also fostering long-term stability and resilience. Our programs encompass educational support, career development, life skills training, mental health resources, housing assistance, and access to healthcare services. By providing a continuum of care, we empower young adults to overcome obstacles, pursue their aspirations, and become self-sufficient contributors to community.
